Terms of Service Widget

The Terms of Service widget displays the service agreement to your customers and allows them to indicate their acceptance of those terms. The widget ensures that your customers are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions you have provided before signing up. 

Adding a Terms of Service Widget

To add a Terms of Service widget:

  1. Go to the Visual Editor by clicking Design on the Dashboard top panel or by navigating from Dashboard > Channels > Design.
  2. Navigate to Pages > System > Sign Up Page.
  3. Navigate to the Widgets list on the Visual Editor Left Panel.
  4. Type the widget name in the search bar, or expand the Sign Up Widgets subgroup under the User Account group and select the Terms of Service widget.
  5. Drag and drop the Terms of Service widget from the list onto the desired crafting area of the Layout Canvas.

Tip: You can translate the widget content through CMS > Translations App.

Configuring the Terms of Service Widget

Once you have added the Terms of Service widget, click it to activate the Property Panel, where you can customize its Styles and Settings according to your preferences.

To configure the Terms of Service widget:

  1. Go to Styles to modify the widget styling features (see Global Styles).
  2. Go to Settings and expand Visibility to modify the visibility of the widget on your website. Select who can view the widget according to the customer’s location, session status, type of used device, browser, language preference, etc. (see Visibility Settings).
